Zodiac has been
building inflatable boats for almost 70 years.
We offer our customers long term service in terms of our dealer network,
warranty and spare parts. By choosing a
Zodiac you can not only be assured of quality you can also feel secure that the
fabric of your Inflatable Boat is backed by a 5 year manufacturer’s warranty, a
warranty that is valid in almost 80 countries around the world.
Five Year Guarantee:
Our manufacturer’s
warranty is granted to customers who purchase a new boat and return their duly
completed warranty card as per the conditions set out in the owner’s manual.
Our 5 Year Warranty
guarantees:
- The main tube fabric for a period of 5 years against defects in materials and worksmanship.
- The holding seam assembly of the buoyancy tube for a period of 5 years against defects such as splitting and air leaks.
The 5 Year
Warranty is subject to an inspection of the boat by an official Zodiac Service
Centre Representative in the 12 to 24 months following the date of
purchase. For customers who have not
returned the warranty card within the defined time limit, the full warranty is
reduced on a pro-rata basis. Please

Two Year Guarantee:
Our 2 Year
Warranty guarantees:
- All fittings, accessories and attachments are guaranteed to be free of defects for a period of 2 years after the date of purchase.
- The hull structure of our semi-rigid boats is guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship notably between the hull and thedeck and the undocking of the structural components for a period of 2 years.
